Theo đó, Fun., Jay-Z, Mumford & Sons, Frank Ocean, và Kanye West là những người dẫn đầu đề cử năm nay.

 

Nữ ca sĩ Kelly Clarkson cũng nhận được 4 đề cử quan trọng gồm Thu âm của năm, Ca khúc của năm, Nghệ sĩ trình diễn nhạc Pop xuất sắc nhất cho Stronger (What Doesn’t Kill You) và Album nhạc Pop xuất sắc nhất cho Stronger.
